Photo Sessions Pricing Based off of Square Footage and Extra Amenities
Please call or text me for photo session pricing

Up to 1600 sq feet  – (approx 25-30 images)
1601 - 2500 sq feet - (approx 35 - 40 images)
2501 - 3200 sq feet - (approx 45 images)
3201 - 3800 sq feet - (approx 50 images)
Over 3,800 square feet – Billed on hourly rate - 50+ photos

Photo Sessions include:

General image post production and online delivery
Normal Turnaround time – 24 to 48 hours (except weekends or holidays)
Photoshop editing is available upon request and priced separately - (i.e. sky replacement, object removal, green grass)
Round-trip Travel Fee - $.70 cents per mile
Twilight/Sunset Shoots - $20 extra
Split level homes with stairs - $10 extra
Virtual Staging Available - $30 per room

Floor Plans - $ 30 - $45

Credit Cards, Checks, Cash or PayPal payments are accepted - NM sales tax included
